8. We reserve the right to access any information available with us to enable repayment of any outstanding loans.

Collection of Data and its Purpose:

We collect the following personal information from your device and store on our secure servers. Given below is a list of information collected and what its purpose is:
1. Your phone number(s) - This is to identify the SMSes that are received on the SIM(s) in your phone
2. Location - To track the location of the user to compute loan eligibility and To access the city name which is used for a faster job search for the particular location
3. SMSes received by you - This information is used to analyse the credit worthiness of each customer and help us offer you loans at the best possible rates. This data would be automatically fed into our computing system which estimates the credit worthiness of each customer.
4. Call Logs - This information is used to analyse the credit worthiness of each customer and help us offer you loans at the best possible rates. This data would be automatically fed into our computing system which estimates the credit worthiness of each customer by computing the count of all types of calls (missed / incoming / outgoing), etc.
5. List of Apps installed - This information is used to understand the commerce apps used and will be used in scoring the credit worthiness of each user for loans.

App Permissions:

• READ SMS / RECEIVE SMS - To access the PF balance sent by the EPFO server and display to the user & to analyse user credit-worthiness and loan eligibility based on financial transactions sent by banks as SMSes
• READ CALL LOG - To analyze the type of calls received by the user and assess credit-worthiness of each user
• READ PHONE STATE - To read the phone number to access the number which is used for the received SMS and to track IMEI number to prevent loan frauds
• ACCESS COARSE/FINE LOCATION - To track the location of the user to compute loan eligibility and To access the city name which is used for a faster job search for the particular location
